14-Day Returns Right

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This right applies whether or not you are satisfied with the product, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Returns

Unopened Products

The product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order documentation

Refund: Full price (100%)

Opened or Used Products

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Once the package has been opened or the capsule seal has been broken, the product cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.

Refund: Not eligible

Initiating a Return

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Step 2: We will provide return shipping instructions and a return address.

Step 3: Ship your unopened product to the provided address using a tracked service (strongly recommended).

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: You pay for return postage
  • Faulty or damaged products: We reimburse return postage
  • Our error: We arrange and pay for return postage

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, defective, or damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with photographic evidence
  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund
  • Return postage will be reimbursed
  • No restocking fees apply

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm eligibility:

  • We will inspect the product
  • We will process your refund within 14 days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • If you paid cash on delivery, refund will be processed by bank transfer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable:

  • Opened or used products (due to food safety regulations)
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Products without original packaging

Refusal to Return or Restocking Fees

We do not apply restocking fees. Returns are processed at no additional cost for eligible unopened products.

Order Cancellation Before Delivery

You can cancel your order for free at any point before it is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you retain your right to return within 14 days of delivery.
